1. Summary
You can cancel a paid InkLift plan at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded.
2. Cancelling Your Plan
To cancel, open the billing portal from your account and cancel your subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew after that. You are not charged again once you cancel, and you keep the features of your plan until the period ends.
3. Refunds
InkLift subscriptions are billed in advance for each monthly period. We do not offer refunds for amounts already paid, and we do not pro-rate or refund unused time within a billing period after you cancel. There is a Free plan so you can evaluate the Service before paying.
4. Billing Errors & Exceptions
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us at support@inklift.com within 30 days and we will investigate and correct genuine billing mistakes. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you; where such rights apply, they prevail over this policy.
5. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and will notify you. If payment cannot be collected, your plan may be downgraded to the Free tier. Your data is retained according to our Privacy Policy.
